An entry in the 10th UK's Craft Galleries Guide will provide:

Two years advertising in a fully illustrated, highly respected colour publication (established in 1992).

An opportunity to bring your Gallery to the attention of an increasingly discerning, buying and commissioning public worldwide.
•
1 free copy for every participating gallery, further copies can be ordered at trade price.
•
1 reduced price copy for each participating maker.
•
The Guide will be available through all good book shops, museum and gallery shops, internet (BCFBooks & Amazon) and to an ever expanding mail-order database.
Entry fees have been frozen at 2007 rates: The first two pages costs £140 + VAT each regardless of which layout you choose. Subsequent pages will only cost £110 + VAT each.

Consider A & B to decide if you require

Write 185 words of text to describe
your gallery; why you opened it etc.
N.B. The logos will indicate if you - take commissions; provide parking and/or refreshments and have disabled access.

Each maker may have ONLY one half page entry with 1 / 2 photos and between 75 words see F & G or 145 words if smaller photo chosen see D & E.
NB: Makers may have any number of extra 'photo only' entries with other galleries, as part of a 5 image page or in a 3 image strip see H & I.

See H Maximum 5 images to a page. With ‘image only’ pages there is only space for makers’ name and the media, no other text.
N.B. Please make sure that your entry will fill each page i.e. no half page blanks. Extra images can be used to fill any space -see I
Credit crunch buster
1 portrait JPEG + 100 words of text & gallery details £70 + VAT
All material should be supplied digitally whenever possible, text can be prepared in Word, Quark or any Mac compatible document. Images should be supplied as JPEG or TIFF saved at a minimum of 300dpi - 300 dpi is essential to achieve a sharp printed image. Please label all digital images clearly with your gallery name and makers’ name where relevant.Please consider your text carefully at the initial stage and keep a copy.
BCFBooks will design the layoutof your pages for you. Every effort is made to tailor your entry to suit you and your gallery; to create the most satisfactory design with your material which will then provide the most efficient advertising for you.Please send material by or before MAY 29th 2009 with an application form which can be filled in on-line and emailed direct plus a deposit of £140 + VAT each. (£161).
